Problem Solved

While we engaged external party to provide data storage for our applications, we cannot control their quality of service and question their operations. We, however, have tested and confirmed it meets our minimal requirement for our applications.

We found out that the provider has suspended our account, probably due to too many requests to their database near end of Feb 2011 and the provider has ignored our request for an explanation. This has caused the application to quit as it was trying to connect to a remote database but failed. We acted swiftly by migrating our database and upgraded the app to version 1.5 at the same time. Apple took up another few days to review before releasing to the iTunes store on 7th March 2011.

We hope this explain the problem and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused.
